In her previous role, Lauren Burke Silva served as the Chief Development Officer for NABA, Inc. where she managed the relationships of more than 100 Fortune 100 - 500 firms, resulting in the raise of more than $35M during her tenure.
As a leader of matchplicity™ and having served as an Executive Leader for one of the longest-standing black associations in the country, Ms. Silva has a unique, intersectional grasp on the diversity issues that concern the business community.
She is a graduate of The George Washington University with an M.A. in Media & Public Affairs and of The University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication.
She is the devoted mother to identical twin daughters, Lennon and Jagger, and son Roman and wife to Jovan Silva with whom she lives in Washington, D.C.
